Titanium rods and titanium alloy rods are new structural materials. Due to titanium's high melting point, low density, high specific strength, good toughness, fatigue resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity, excellent high and low-temperature tolerance, and low stress under rapid cooling and heating conditions. Our Titanium Round Bar is made of ASTM F136  grade 5 (6al 4v) titanium, which guarantees its exceptional quality, reliability, and longevity. We provide a wide range of sizes, from small diameter bars to large diameter rods, to meet the diverse needs and requirements of different clients.

Production of titanium rods:Titanium rods are produced from sponge titanium through a series of processes.
