Electromagnetic flowmeter is suitable for measuring the volume flow of conductive liquids in closed pipelines, such as clean water, sewage, various acid, alkali and salt solutions, etc.Electromagnetic flowmeters are widely used in chemical industry, papermaking, metallurgy, environmental protection, water supply and drainage and other industries. They are used for the measurement of various conductive liquids.

The electromagnetic flowmeter has a compact structure, easy installation, high measurement accuracy, good anti-interference performance, and fast calculation speed. It comes standard with a grounding screw and three grounded electrodes (the on-site anti-interference performance is significantly improved), and can meet almost all water and liquid working conditions.

Slurry Electromagnetic flow meter in addition to measuring the volume flow of general conductive liquids, can also be used to measure the strong acid, strong alkali and other strong corrosive liquids, as well as mud, pulp, pulp and other homogeneous liquid-solid two-phase suspended liquid volume flow. But it can not measure the flow of gas, steam and pure water.

In order to adapt to different application scenarios, electromagnetic flowmeter can be realized by replacing different electrode materials and electrode forms. Commonly used electrode materials are stainless steel, titanium, platinum-rhodium alloy, tungsten-carbon alloy, etc. In different working scenarios of electromagnetic flow meter, different electrode materials and electrode forms can be selected according to the corrosiveness and abrasiveness of the medium to better adapt to the measurement needs.
