B. Installation of IndoorLighting Circuits
1. Understand the technicalrequirements and wiring process of indoor low-voltage distribution lines;Master the knowledge of classification, selection and installation of lightingappliances; Understand the operating principles and installation methods ofConnect to Ground and Connect to Neutral;
2. Install the plug sockets,chandeliers, bracket lamps, ceiling lamps and fluorescent lights of atwo-bedroom-with-one-living-room house with the following three wiring methods:conduit wiring, raceway wiring and plastic sheathed line wiring;
3. Be able to conduct qualityinspection and power-on of the newly installed circuits. Master the commonfault analysis methods and techniques of electrical lighting circuits.
C. Installation of IndoorDistribution Equipments
1. Understand the compositionof distribution circuits with more than two shun circuits;

D. Connection of BasicControl Circuits of the Electric Motors

Configuration
We use of-standarddistribution cabinet as main cabinet, make proper use of its double-sided spaceand scientifically arrange appliances and matching laboratory equipments inYL-103 Instrumentation and Lighting Circuits and YL-104 Single-Phase andThree-Phase Motor Control Training Examination Device. On the face-plate, thereare ammeter, voltmeter and operating bottom; inside, there are various kinds oflow-voltage apparatus needed for completing lighting circuits and motor controlcircuits such as residual current circuit-breaker, fuse wire, currenttransformer, contactor, intermediate relay, thermal relay, open and off travelswitches, indicator light, transfer switch, voltmeter, ammeter and electric meter.In order to lengthen the operation life of these apparatus, the junction pointof each apparatus is firstly connected with connecting terminal and thenoperated on the terminal. By this, the devices can be durable and can meet theneed of the lighting and motor control circuits training programs.
We design thedevice according to the motor control cabinet on production site, provideelements according to the control lines frequently-used in actual production,select and use elements the same with those actually used in our production andlife, and simulate the real production situation.
