CoMotion GLOBAL 2025 Summit Concludes Successfully in Riyadh, Achieving Multiple Milestone Agreements and Major Breakthroughs in Global Mobility

CoMotion GLOBAL 2025 concluded today, marking the end of a transformative three-day summit where global policymakers, industry leaders, urban planners, innovators, and investors gathered to shape the future of mobility in Saudi Arabia and beyond. Hosted for the first time in Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), the event highlighted the Kingdom's accelerating rise as a global hub for next-generation transportation, sustainability leadership, and urban innovation.

The three-day CoMotion GLOBAL summit featured over 100 sessions showcasing forward-looking mobility strategies, breakthroughs in multimodal transport, urban digital transformation, AI applications, and major global reconfigurations in how people and goods move across cities.

Key highlights from the summit included:

  • Launch of the MIT x Kearney joint report, "Envisioning the Future of Mobility Powered by AI," which calls for unprecedented public-private collaboration, shared data ecosystems, and comprehensive national strategies to unlock AI’s full potential in mobility.
  • Launch of the Mayors in Motion Coalition, a global initiative uniting over 100 mayors and city leaders to accelerate sustainable mobility, climate action, and urban innovation through year-round collaboration and exchange of best practices.
