PHOTRON LIMITED Announces Acquisition of AOS Technologies AG
PHOTRON LIMITED, a global leader in high-speed and scientific imaging solutions, today announced the completion of its acquisition of AOS Technologies AG, a Swiss designer and manufacturer of premium high-speed imaging systems serving the automotive, aerospace, industrial, and defense sectors.
AOS Technologies, established in 2002, has earned global recognition for its engineering innovation, robust imaging platforms, and deep application expertise. This acquisition strengthens PHOTRON’s global strategic footprint, expands its technological capabilities, accelerates innovation, and enhances its overall impact in the high-performance imaging market.

AOS Technologies will continue operating from its headquarters in Baden-D?ttwil, Switzerland, with all teams and organizational structures remaining unchanged. Both companies will maintain their independent product lines and existing distribution channels.
