SIAL Paris 2026: Bringing Together the Global Food Industry, a Must-Attend Professional Event
SIAL Paris, the international food exhibition in Paris, is set to become a major global gathering for food industry professionals once again, with less than a year to go before its opening. Currently, 85% of exhibition spaces have been booked, demonstrating the event's strong momentum and appeal.
This year’s edition will welcome 295,000 professionals from 200 countries, spanning an exhibition area of 280,000 square meters covering all sectors of the food industry.

SIAL Innovation at 30: A Milestone Anniversary
In 2026, SIAL Innovation will celebrate its 30th anniversary. This competition has become a key platform for food industry professionals to discover innovative products that shape the future of food. The 2024 edition received over 2,100 submissions, selected 560 innovations, and awarded 21 prizes, offering brands unparalleled international visibility.
To mark this milestone, the SIAL Innovation zone will be fully upgraded: featuring a new immersive layout, additional awards, and deeper experiential spaces. Highlights include the integrated SIAL Taste Experience Zone, offering a unique space to sample selected award-winning innovations, and a newly built live pitch stage to help innovators present breakthrough achievements.
Tickets on Sale from April 2026
Tickets will go on sale starting April 15, 2026. Industry professionals are encouraged to register early to gain first access to event highlights, new features, and the latest updates. The exhibition will take place from October 17 to 21, 2026, at Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre.
