Recently, the Norwegian ultra-large CABU vessel "Balü" made its maiden call at Fuzhou Jiangyin Port, marking the first time this ship type has docked at Fuzhou Port. The "Balü" is a combined liquid and dry bulk carrier, with an overall length of 228.4 meters and a deadweight tonnage of 64,995 tons, making it one of the world's largest CABU vessels. It will carry 42,000 tons of liquid alkali to Australia on this voyage. Fuzhou Maritime Safety Administration made advance arrangements to provide full-chain support. This docking not only meets Wanhua Terminal's cargo transportation needs but also highlights the enhanced capability of Fuzhou Port in handling large vessels and serving key cargo operations.
