Regular service condition

The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40°C and not lower than -5°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35°C. When the ambient air temperature is at +40°C, the relative humidity shall not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, the relative humidity may be higher, for example, 90% at +20°C. However, due to temperature changes, moderate condensation may occur occasionally.

It is for indoor use, and the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m. It should be installed in a place without severe vibration, shock, and where electrical components are not corroded.

The cabinet body uses C-shaped profiles with a modulus of 25mm, which are connected by connectors to form various frame structures and drawer units that can meet different requirements. In the MCC cabinet, high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components are used to make the safety performance more reliable. At the same time, foreign functional boards are modified and combined with a modulus of 200mm, making it more conducive to the design requirements of mixed PC and MCC cabinet bodies. The extraction unit (withdrawal unit) and the cabinet body are equipped with a reliable interlocking device to prevent load-breaking under energized conditions, improving safety. In addition, the cabinet body is generally assembled from cold-rolled steel plates after passivation treatment. It can also be made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plates according to different user requirements.
