Copper plating machine (L4500mm*W1500mm*H1320mm)

（1）Chrome plating machine is Automatic tank. Only typing length, diameter and chrome thickness, the machine will calculate the electric current value, electroplating time and ampere-hour.

（2）The body frame is welded by A3 steel plate and rectangular tube (120*60*6mm).The left and right vertical plate adopts steel plate (16mm). The tank bottom is flatted by steel plate (6mm). The front-back vertical plate is made by 304# bended stainless steel plate (6mm).The outer panels is made by 304# stainless steel plate(1.5mm) .

（3）Copper plating machine tank is made by PP plate (20mm). After gap is melted well, a board will cover on the melting part for protection.

（4）Cylinder rotation is controlled by chain or gear transmission. The motor power is 1.5KW. Reduction ratio is 1:5. Rotation speed is controlled by Frequency Converter. Frequency Converter power can meets the motor power requirements

（5）Anode is removable（distance can be adjusted automatically）. Its controlled by motor  transmission. Transmission power is 0.55KW. Hanging rail copper row with section of red copper 80*20mm,  (The titanium basket is fixed by titanium Screw. The thickness of titanium net is 5mm. The density can satisfy the requirement on conductive. The diameter of hole is 31.5mm.There is a copper cleaning hole require on the anode bottom. Customer should provide the titanium plate size.) UP-down movement. The anode movement range is from 110mm to 450mm. Current density is designed based on 20A/dm2。

（6）Upper Liquid pump adopt submerged titanium pump. The flow is 20T/H. The filter is 12-core . For protection submerged pump, The storage tank is equipped with a liquid level alarm device!

（7）Manual /Auto drain port and drain outlet.

（8）With floating plate in both sides of plating tank, which made by PVC plate, Its close automatically.

（9）The upper liquid pipe Adopts 60PP. Upper liquid pipe and the titanium pump are connected by plastic pipe fittings.Titanium bolts fixed. There is a sealed rubber between flanges. 

(10)It have a removable dust cover. adopts 304# bended stainless steel plate (1.5mm). The movement of dust cover adopts automatic control. It’s above on the machine and closed.

(11)Cathode adopts conductive on both side. A set of "v" carbon brush conductive device at eachside ,two carbon brushes in one side.

(12)Rectifier adopts 2000A/12V (high efficiency power supply, save 30% power).

(13)Titanium heater and serpentine cooling titanium pipe is on the lower tank. Controlled temperature automatically.

(14)The storage tank adopts 20mm PP plate. It have stiffener,Pump, filter, electric heater are fixed on the cover.

(15)Main copper row are with section of 100*15mm(1pc). Another copper row are with section of 100*10mm(1pc). The point of junction is in the middle.

(16)Headstock is in the both sides of Body frame. Head stock is made by 304# bended stainless steel plate (2mm) and fixed with body frame. One side door of one headstock installs one electric cabinet and fix it with the headstock.

(17)Centralized control with touch screen on the control cabinet. Cylinder rotation, plating solution, dust cover etc.are controlled automatically. Temperature and current and rectifier voltage displayed and controled on the touch screen.

(18)There is spray system in the tank. automatic sprinkler system
