Aluminum Alloy Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Line–Non-Ferrous Metal Processing Equipment

1. Introduction
Oil-free aluminum alloy rod continuous casting and rolling line is used to produce aluminum alloy rod, such as Al-Mg alloy rod, Al-Mg-Si alloy rod(6201), Al-Ti-B alloy rod etc. The finished rod diameter is Φ9.5mm,Φ12 mm,Φ15mm. The productivity ranges from 1.5T-4T per hour, from a bar with cross-sectional area from 1500 to 2400 mm2. The main raw material can be aluminum ingot as well as molten aluminum. Rod quality exceeds ASTM, DIN, BS, JS and other internationally accepted quality standards.
2.  Technical Features    |
    2.1 Almost level casting and automatic casting system ensures no turbulent current, and by our special design, the molten aluminum feeding to casting system is oxide-free.
    2.2 Box type in line degassing unit removes the contents of the hydrogen and impurity in the aluminum liquid with the small dispersed bubble by the inert gas. 
    2.3 Induction heater heats the cast bar before entering the rolling mill, and adjusts temperature automatically , thus achieving good electrical and mechanical properties.
    2.4 Oil-free coiling system with rollers makes it possible to produce oil-free aluminum rod without the use of grease, which can save production cost and make workshop clean.
