1. Brief Introduction
HPMC-Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose and Methyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose and non-ionic cellulose ether made by natural high polymer cellulose as raw material and series of chemical processing.They are odorless,tasteless and non-toxic white powder, which can be dissolved in cold water to form a transparent viscous solution.Processing thickening,binding,dispersing,emulsifying,film coating,suspending,absorbing,gelling,surface activity,water maintaining and protective colloid properties.
HPMC as cement mortar water retention agent, retarder mortar with pumping.
Use mortar, gypsum, putty powder or other building materials as adhesives to improve daubability and prolong operation time.
Use as paste ceramic tile, marble, plastic adornment, paste reinforces agent, still can reduce cement dosage.
HPMC water retention properties make slurry in the smear will not dry too fast and crack, enhance the strength after hardening.
HPMC improve buildability, water retention, increase adhesion, further improve sand and cement dispersion and obtain good working properties.
It can be transported by tube, prolonging the construction time and avoiding cracks caused by uneven shrinkage due to water loss.
In addition the blended mortar can only be sprayed with the base plaster after the addition of HPMC.
