Special silica powder for Silicone rubber and mixed rubber is a kind of inorganic non-metallic mineral functional powder material, which is made from natural high quality quartz ore and fused quartz by fine processing such as color separation, purification, magnetic separation, grinding and precision classification. It has fine particle size, high hardness, good dispersibility, low oil absorption value, good insulation, weathering corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance, long shelf life, good weathering resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, scratch resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and chemical stability. In rubber products, it can improve the tensile strength, tear resistance, aging resistance, and has a reinforcing effect.
Application
It is widely used in high-grade silicone rubber, silicone gel, adhesive, canister sealant, plastic cement and so on. It is used for industrial electric appliance shell, household electrical appliance shell, daily plastic product, building pipe sheet, packaging product and other materials. When filled with natural rubber, butadiene rubber, acrylonitrile butadiene rubber and other rubber powder, the powder is easy to disperse, the mixing process is good, the calendering and extruding properties are excellent, and the vulcanizing speed of vulcanizates is improved, and the rubber stickiness is enhanced. Replacing 50% silica in rubber compound has no obvious effect on mechanical properties (including tensile strength, fixed elongation, elongation at break, permanent deformation at break, tear strength and hardness of the product), but it can greatly reduce the cost of the product, especially suitable for rubber rollers, hoses, wires and cables and their sheaths.
