Description: RB301 is a kind of special hardener used foroutside powder coating system,its also a perfect substitute products of traditional TGIC hardener,if making the powder coating with RB301,youwill not only get the outstanding outdoors anti-weather effect,but also getthe temperature is lower than use TGIC hardner,it also without toxicity,non-stimulated,etc,its an excellent additive for outside powder coatingsystem.Chemical name:β-hydroxyalkylamide.
Application:
1. RB301 has active structures of hydroxy, amidocyanogen and intermediate-amidocyanogen,good reaction activity,fine physics & mechanical capability and anti-causticity performance.
2. 2. RB301 can be cured with carboxylic polyester,the acid ＆#118alue ranges from 25-45mgkoH/g,it can be combined with Slip and degassing agent RB500 in Pure polyester powder system.
3. 3. A study on purification technology of RB301 by science,make RB301 has a high purity and color white, the dosage of RB301 is at about 5-6% of resin weight(or according to the equal weight to confirm the optimum dose)
4. RB301 hardener has a high reaction activity,the extrude temperature shoud be controlled under 120℃, solidify temperature:185℃/12～15min。
5. Accelerated aging (1000 hours):it does not appear:color changed,pulverized,frothed,crazed,desquamated, a little light loss for paint films（keep light rate: 76%）
