Production flow chart: raw material → conical twin-screw extruder → profile mould → vacuum setting table→ tractor → cutter → stacker
Main characteristics:
Extruding machine: conical twin-screw extruder is used to ensure high output and efficiency. Many advanced technologies are adopted such as Omron temperature control meter and frequency speed control. The auxiliary equipments such as vacuum pump and hauling motor are all top quality ones. Different products can be produced by changing moulds.
