G10 materials is made of electrical alkali free glass fiber cloth dipped in epoxy resin, and processed by baking and hot pressing in the forming mould. The glass cloth rod has high mechanical properties. It can be used as insulation structure parts in electrical equipment and in wet environment and transformer oil. Technical requirements and appearance: the surface shall be flat and smooth, free of bubbles, oil stains and impurities. It is allowed to have uneven colors, scratches and slight height inequalities that do not hinder the use. The product has high mechanical properties at medium temperature and stable electrical properties at high temperature.
