A Triple Duty Check Valve, TOV is installedat the outlet of a pump and prevents fluid from flowing backward when the pumpstops. Its backflow check function protects the pump from water hammering, andit is possible to block fluid flow inside the pipe. Flow can be adjusted throughthe indicator by controlling the disc and flow can be induced to the pump byopening the bypass valve in case of vacuum.
