FASCOENG ELECTRONIC HAMMER SYSTEM is an electric vibration and impact device designed to solve powder flow problems such as bridging, caking, and clogging in silos, hoppers, bag filters, and chutes.
Using electromagnetic resonance, it generates strong vibration and impact without compressed air, ensuring stable and efficient material discharge.

It replaces traditional air knockers, magnet hammers, and mechanical vibrators with precise control of impact frequency (20–60 Hz) and power.
The system offers easy installation, minimal maintenance, and excellent durability.
Applicable industries include steel, chemical, cement, feed, biomass, and energy plants.

Available in various voltages (AC 110–480V), and also in Explosion-proof (Ex d) and Dust Explosion-proof (Ex t) models for hazardous environments.

Detailed technical data and 3D drawings are available upon request.
