Our dyeing factory keeps international standard with a practival lay-out and latest automation equipments. Computer Color Kitchen in laboratory

An automatic dyeing production instrument which operates in the lab scale to test prodcution of the dyeing solution according to the computer input data of dyestuff and chemical agents.

	Goller Washing Machinel It removes the residual alkali generated during the desizing and scouring progress
	Water-JET DYEING Madhine It dyes the pre-treated fabric to the exact color at the site by scaling-up the color recipes of the breaker test from the lab.
	Final Tenter A stage of suppleness and water-proof treatment on the dyed fabric according to its purpose.
	Inspection The final inspection of the dyed and finished fabrics are carried our together by checking the defects with the human's eyes and by checking and computering the basic data such as the quantity, color lot, order number with the bar code, using a separate process of an automatic computer system.
