CPF-XD1 series new type of small wall-mounted ClO2 generating system is an on-site ClO2 producing system which can produce ClO2 from 30g/h to 200g/h. It is available for manual/automatic control. It can add ClO2 solution into the pressured water directly with simple, safe and reliable operation. After a simple training, the clients can install and debug the disinfection system by themselves in accordance with instruction manual which provided by the factory.
The way of ClO2 producing:
5NaClO2+4HCl = 4ClO2+5NaCl+2H2O
Use of raw materials:
Sodium Chlorite: 7.8% Industrial Sodium Chlorite
Hydrochloric Acid: 10% Industrial Hydrochloric Acid
Technology:
The two raw materials of NaClO2 and HCl will be inhaled proportionally by two dosing pumps into the reactor, in which produce high-purity ClO2 solution, and then be dosed in water treated.
The ClO2 production can be controlled manually by adjusting the stroke of dosing pumps or automatically controlled by controller through receiving 4-20mA signal provided by flow rate sensor.
