Characteristic and application:

■Suitable for the independent development of domestic and import high-voltage and low-voltage PZT (piezoelectric ceramic)

■Suitable for the independent development of domestic and import nanopositioning stage

■Modular design: multiple independent module with different function and performance can constitute hundreds of products，which realizes product serialization and hierarchical, meets different requirement of customers, and achieves maximum flexibility of the product selection and combination.
