The drive chain was designed according to the 188 type chain standards in ASME and transfers power through a driven sprocket at the sludge collector system.

It is made of high strength nylon resin with an offset chain type.

The sprocket does not need separate sensor since the sensor pin is built-in, and the shearing pin is projects upon excessive loads followed by activation of the limit switch to protect the collector.

More, the economic life expectancy is doubled due to the duplex structure and malfunction from corrosion damage is prevented since the product is made of non-metal material.
