FAQ: For the PCB circuit membrane switch, can you design the Gerber file for customer?
Answer: Yes. If customer couldn't provide the Gerber file, then we can design the Gerber file as per the schemetics provided customer.
FAQ: Can you PCBassembly service for the PCB membrane switch?
Answer: Yes, we can. We have our own SMT factory and can make electronic components assembly to the PCB circuit board.
FAQ: How long can you provide quotation when you received our product drawings and design specifications?
Answer: If all information provided in drawings, then it just needs one working days. If need assemble some special components to the PCB circuit, especially some speical connectors, ICs, then it may need a little longer time.
FAQ: Will you provide shipment support to us?
Answer: Yes. When the PCB membrane switches are finshed production and quality inspection, we will pack the keypds by anti-static PP bag, then pack them in hard carton. Then we will provide the packing list to customer. And also provide different shipping method costs for customer checking.
FAQ: After-sales Service: Once the customer found the nonconforming keypads, then what will you do?
Answer: We will make analysis at once and then arrange to make replacement production immediately, no matter the quality keypads caused by ourself or customer's workers or the transportation process. Make replacements for customer in time to meet customer's production line needs always at the top list.
