Heating Film Summary
Heating film is the cutting edge far infrared surface phase heating element which is spread by carbon heating element on the base film of the insulation and the anti-flammable material and peels the activated carbon, the adsorbent for polluted material and is treated by laminating in PET film after making the electrode by copper booth bar. Other than the general heater, you can feel warm like sun shine by the radiation of far-infrared ray by the carbon heating element spread all the films. And, the film heater can be used for almost semi-permanent thanks to outer PET material, special material and the treatment by special waterproof not to contact with air and the advanced heater heating for the wall, the ceiling and the floor. Capability for heating film is determined by dispersion technology of Nano-particle by viscosity and resistance by Carbon and Silver particles.

Carbon Black of Heating Film
Carbon black is a material containing carbon(C) like diamond as its main element and is used for car, ink and cosmetics. Depending on carbon's heat treatment temperature(HTT), we call it carbon fiber when performing HTT at the range of 1,000~3,000°C and graphite fiber when over 2,500°C
Comparing with other materials, graphite has a very high heat resistance and a very low coefficient of thermal expansion and thus has an excellent thermal and electrical conduction. As a result, this material is the most widely used for electrical heating element units. You can control adhesive force and resistance value depending on the mix ratio of carbon and graphite on carbon heating element band of heating film. This uses the properties of circular and planar molecular structure of carbon and graphite.
Silver paste : As a low-temperature type conductive for face-shape heating element, the conductive silver paste of XiCA heating film possesses high conductive, characteristics of screen printing, flexibility and also has excellent adhesion with P.E.T and Laminex.
