Surface Roughness Tester SRT-6210

This instrument is compatible with four standards ofsite to measure surface roughness of variousmachinery-processed parts, calculate correspondingand clearly display all measurement parameters.When measuring the roughness of a surface, thesensor is placed on the surface and then uniformlyslides along the surface by driving the mechanismby the sharp built-in probe. This roughness causesdisplacement of the probe which results in change ofinductive amount of induction coils so as to generateanalogue signal, which is in proportion to the surfaceroughness at output end of phase-sensitive rectifier.The exclusive DSP processes and calculates and thenoutputs the measurement results on LCD.
