1. Overview:
Fabric Metal Detector is a highly sensitive detection instrument. Can be widely used in printing and dyeing and finishing equipment such as plaiting machine, calenders, printing machines, ginning machines, copying machines and shearing machines. It is used to detect small ferromagnetic objects entrained in fabrics and other products (such as needles, Iron filings, etc.), so as to protect the expensive rolls, embossing tubes and shearing knives from damage.
2. Brief description of principle:
Fabric Metal Detector integrates the control circuit and detection sensor. Under normal circumstances, the power is turned on, the indicator light is on, and the output relay contact is in the normally closed or normally open state. When fabrics or other products with ferromagnetic metal objects pass through the detection surface of the instrument, a magnetic induction potential is generated on the sensor. This potential is amplified by the pre-stage in the control circuit, compared with the set value, and pulses are generated by the processing circuit The trigger is turned over and self-locked. At this time, the indicator light flashes, the buzzer sounds, the relay is closed, the output normally closed contact is open or the normally open contact is closed, so that the control power supply of the running equipment is turned on, and the machine immediately Stop running. Remove the metal object, press the reset button, the instrument returns to the normal state, the indicator light keeps on.
