Product Overview
Pilot-Operated Micro Pressure Regulator, it does not require external energy (power supply, air source) and directly uses the energy of the controlled medium for automatic control and operation. The pressure is set on the controller by adjusting the spring and can be set continuously while the valve is in operation. Pressure reduction ratio ≤4000:1, high control accuracy, rapid response, good sealing performance.
Performance Characteristics
- The ZPL620 pilot-operated micro pressure regulator does not require external energy and uses the energy of the medium to be regulated as the power source to achieve automatic regulation. This product adopts a single-seat valve fast-opening flow characteristic regulation mechanism, with stable medium pressure, high regulation accuracy, safe and reliable sealing performance, and the set value can be adjusted arbitrarily during operation. Therefore, it is suitable for various industrial furnace combustion system fuel gas, petroleum products or oil tank protection gas (nitrogen sealing) and heat treatment protection gas micro-pressure automatic regulation occasions.
