ASWM-6040 Automatic Double Sides Spot Welding Machine

This machine is aimed at the battery pack with regular or irregular arrangement and consistent positive and negative welding directions. Automatic equipment developed for high-efficiency doublesided simultaneous welding. The equipment adopts special fixture electromagnet to adsorb battery and nickel tabs, material in place detection, cylinder compression. Servo control and other measures to improve the accuracy of welding position. The control part is PLC LCD touch screen and embedded industrial control intelligent operating system. Simple and fast programming input parameter, array and CAD mapping, with the function of power failure, breakpoint and faulty welding fault alarm. The welding power supply adopts transistor type, and other models can be selected according to different requirements of customers.
