The KYN61-40.5 switchgear is a three-phase single switchgear designed for power generation plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise building distribution systems.
The switchgear receives and distributes electrical energy while controlling, protecting, and monitoring electrical circuits. It meets the requirements of IEC60298, DL404, and other standards and has complete "five-proof" functions.
The switchgear can operate in ambient air temperatures between -10℃ to +40℃, at an altitude not exceeding 1000m, and with a seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees. The ambient air should not be subject to significant pollution such as corrosive, flammable gases, water vapor, etc.
The KYN61-40.5 switchgear features a compact cabinet structure due to the use of heat shrinkable insulation materials, epoxy-coated insulation technology, and optimized electrode shape. The switchgear cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel.
The switchgear can use both domestic ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breakers and French SF1, SF2, and FP system sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers. The main busbar scheme can reach more than 198 types, providing strong adaptability to different user needs.
Each functional compartment of the switchgear is sealed with a metal plate and has an independent pressure release channel. The mechanical interlocking device between the handcart, circuit breaker, grounding switch, and rear cabinet door prevents misoperation, and the "five-proof" functions ensure complete safety and reliability.
