The single wall corrugated pipe production line can be used for producing PE/PP/PVC small-diameter single wall corrugated pipe, is specially designed by our company after absorbing the advanced technology of overseas, the production efficiency is very high.The corrugator forming unit adopts the closed mould block chain structure, the material of mould block is alloy material which has the excellent the hardness and wear-resisting characteristics, it can ensure the better heat dissipation effect, the thickness uniformity of corrugated pipe and the smooth surface of the pipe. The whole line has the following characteristics,such as running stably, the compact structures, convenience operation, lower friction factor and the more long useful life.
The machine set,matching with DJ65X25 type extruder, wave pipe finshing machine, pipe mould , cooling wind device, counter and others, can continousely extrude all specifications of PVC,PP ,PE ,plastic wave pipe.
