Production Description

1. Summary 

The vacuum system is applied for multiple production-line vacuum requirement, breaks through the traditional application model of single vacuum pump, and is featured by high –efficiency purification and intensified exertion of the efficiency of vacuum pump.

2. Characteristics

a. According to different vacuum level, the actual average power consumption of each line is only 1-1.5kw, decreasing by 40-60%, compared to conventional single-pump configuration.

b. It generally adopts 3-pump parallel connection design, 2 pumps for use and 1 pump for standby application, and the system reliability can be improved for one time. The vacuum flue gas goes through high-efficiency purification with small influence on the pipeline and pump, and the pump reliability can be improved for more than one time.

C. Vacuum pump adopts centralized water supply by circulating water tank. The circulating water reuse cycle can be improved by active agent treatment with water consumption decreasing by over 95%.
