How to use cryotherapy
01. Turn on the chamber using the touch panel(automatic control is possible through the scheduler system) 02. Take off outer clothing before entering the chamber. Equip mask, ear plugs, gloves, socks and shoes 03. Walk or move around in circle for 20~30 seconds in the -50°Cpre-chamber to get warmed up, enter the -110°C main chamber upo the direction fo the safety supervisor.04. Stay in the chamber for 2.5~3 minutes after moving into the -110°C main chamebr. The safety supervisor should monitor the user and may direct him/her to move out depending on circumstances05. Move back into the -50°C pre-chamber to get acclimated to the outside, stay for 10~20 seconds before exiting.
