Description
GALX-9900A Ashless Antiwear Hydraulic OilAdditive Package is used for blending high-grade high-pressure ashlessanti-wear hydraulic oils, with recommended dosage 0.85-1.2% (When high antiwearrequirement, anti-foam agent should be added with 10PPM). Blended withparaffin-base HV(High Viscosity) neutral oils (HVTS, HVIW) as base oils, it canbe prepared into hydraulic oils with viscosity grades including N32, N46, N68,N100 and so on.After the evaluation of Physical&Chemical properties and bench test ofhigh-pressure pumps, the quality of GALX-9900A can meet GB11118.1-2011 L - HMstandards of good-quality mineral hydraulic oils, can also meet DENISON, HF-0specification requirements, ISO11158-97, vickers, m-2950-s DIN 51524 (Ⅱ) and Cincinnati milacron P - 68 - P -69 - P - 70 specification requirements, GALX-9900A’s quality can be in linewith the current international advanced similar products. When formulatinghydraulic guide oils, the recommended dosage is 1.5% - 2.0%.

Application
GLAX-9900A does not contain zinc and othermetal elements, and has excellent high-pressure extreme pressure, antiwearproperties and thermal oxidation stability. Anti-wear hydraulic oils formulatedwith GALX-9900A is mainly used in hydraulic systems with higher than 30.0mpapressure of piston pumps and 14.0-17.5mpa pressure of blade pumps. It can bealso widely used in hydraulic systems of metallurgy plastics, mines and heavyengineering equipments such as loaders, excavators, dump trucks, formingmachines, press machines. This product is packed in the clean, dry andleak-tightness metal drums, and net weight is 200kgs/drum.
Storage:
This product should be keptin the shady, cool, clean, ventilated warehouse, and be also kept in cleancovered vehicles when transportation, its storage life is 2 years
