Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) G150XNE-L01 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, With LED Driver, without touch screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver3.2 which was released out on 11 28 2017, G150XNE-L01 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 326.5(W)×253.5(H)×9.6(D) mm, viewing area size of 307.4(W)×231.3(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 0.97/1.00Kgs (Typ./Max.). As a NPVA, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, G150XNE-L01 can provides 500 cd/m2 display brightness 2500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 88/88/88/88 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 13/5 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 72% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 70K hours, With LED Driver. G150XNE-L01 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
