Mini led Wall pack lights are lights that arecommonly mounted on the outside walls of buildings and the interiors of parkinggarages. This type of exterior lighting is generally used to provide lightingto areas frequented by the entrance, pedestrians, and vehicles.
These wall pack light fixtures are typically used incommercial and industrial applications. Examples include offices building,schools, hospitals, warehouses, shopping centers. It is quite common to seemultiple wall pack lights surface mounted on single buildings or walls withthe light fixture spacing set to provide even lighting and often decorativelighting around the building.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample takes 5-7 days, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for order quantity more than 500pcs.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 2pcs sample for checking is acceptable.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Air cargo and sea cargo also is optional. Mass products will choose sea cargo.
Q5. How to proceed with an order for led light?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly, the customer confirms the samples and send the payment for formal order.Fourthly, we arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample if you don’t need UL Label. Otherwise, you need to make UL multiple listing first. Then we can print your LOGO together with your UL.
Q7: Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty to our products. DLC qualified products will be provided 5-10 years warranty based on detailed requirements.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with a new order for a small quantity. For defective batch products, we will send you new parts to replace or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation, and you don’t need to send the bad one to us.
Q9: How to pay?
A: We accept T/T by 30% + 70% payment. Also accept Paypal (Credit Card), Western Union for payment.
