Main purposes and scope:
l Mainly used to test torsional force, torsion angle and angle stiffness for various materials and record test data. If equipped with proper accessories, it can complete torsion tests for other elements, member and bolts.
l This machine is composed of loading system, transmission system, data acquisition, processing, control, display system etc., adopting horizontal structure, minicomputer CPU controller, 240*128 lattice liquid crystal display, intuitive display information, multi-key operation. Using digital data acquisition and processing system to display torque, torsional angle, and with photoelectrical encoder to acquire torsional angle, and with high accuracy torsional sensor to acquire torque.
l Loading mode: automatically loading mode by motor.
l All the above parameters can be calculated automatically through mini controller according to the test parameters which are set before test and meantime test results can be displayed and automatically saved. And all parameters can be both inquired and printed.
l If equipped with special grips, it can perform torsional force, torsional angle, and angle stiffness for metals and rubber cohesive layers.
