How Does Touch Screen Hot Runner Controller Work?

The thermocouple sensor transmits the electrical signal to the control card and converts it into a temperature value. Compared with the set target value, the hot runner controller determines the heater output power (0% to 100%) according to the difference value, and quickly reduces the difference value to 0, after that, the temperature value is kept stable at the set target value.
