VMC550L is a semi-closed loop vertical machining center with X, Y,Z axis servo direct control. The three axis are made with straight ball- guide which has big load, wide span, and high precision. It has reasonable structure and compact size. The spindle axis is driven by a servo motor through the synchronous belt. That various plates, boards, shells, cams, casts and other complex parts can be implemented in on clamping and it can also complete multiple processing like drilling,milling,boring,proliferation,hinged,rigid tapping and so on. It is fit for production of various kinds or of small quantity and also works best for complex and high precision components processing. The fourth axis can be equipped to meet the processing requirements of special parts. 2、Main Structure Feature

1. The base, sliding seat, work table, column, and headstock are made with HT250 cast iron. The base is made with case structure and compact and reasonable symmetric reinforcement structure which ensures the high stiffness, bending resistance and shock-absorbing performance of the infrastructure. The column with A-shaped bridge span and grid reinforcement inside strongly ensures the rigidity and precision of Z axis during heavy cutting. That the infrastructure went through phenolic and molding and also aging treatment provides a guarantee of the stability during the long-term machine tool using.

2.The guide rail of X,Y,Z axis adopts the overloaded straight ball-guide of HIWIN company in Taiwan, which has fast speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, low temperature changes and so many other good features. Combing with automatic forced lubrication can greatly extend the accuracy life of the machine.

3. Weight balance is added along the Z direction to guarantee that the main spindle box moves smoothly and stably. The driving motor along the Z direction has power off braking device.

4. The feeding system of X, Y, Z axis, adopting preloaded double screwed steep-lead ball screw with high precision and high strength loop inside, is very fast. The driving motor is directly connected through flexible coupling and screw. The feeding servo motor transmits power straightly to high-precise screw without gap, which ensures the accurate positioning and synchronous of the machine.

5.It uses fast-speed, high-precise and high rigid spindle units. The axial and radial bearing have large load capacity, with its maximum speed to 8000rpm.

6.The spindle adopts center inflatable structure. When the spindle unclamped, it will clean the spindle taper quickly by center high-pressed air, which guarantees the accuracy and using life of the clamp.

7.Protection devices are equipped to the guide and screws along the X,Y,Z axis, which ensures the cleanness of them and guarantees the transmission accuracy and using life.

8.The external protection of the machine adopts full guard design, in nice shape, which is safe and makes it easy to operate.

9.It also employs stable centralized auto-lubricating device. Thus it can begin auto-intermittent lubrication to points that needing lubricated with time and lubrication quantity set.

10.It adopts 12 tools funnel type tool magizine (standard equipped) and also has optional 16 tools arm  type tool magizine to choose which are both produced from professional manufactures of Taiwan. Through tens and thousands of times testing, it turns out that it is quick in change tools, costing little time, and highly efficient, meeting all reliability requirements. The damping structure reducing the impact during the revolving and guaranteeing the using life is put into use. The damping structure is motivated by pneumatic drives that are easy to use and using the shortest way to change tools.

11.The Oil-water separator is equipped, which can separate most of the collected lubricating oil from the coolant, which can prevent the coolant from deteriorating and protects the environment.

12.The CNC operating system adopts ergonomic principle. The operating cabinet has been designed uniquely, which can revolve themselves and easy to operate.
