2. BriefProcess Flow
2.1. Ordinary aluminum ingotand scrap →Melting furnace→ holding furnace→ 4-wheel continuous casting machine → frontdrive unit → roller shears→ continuous rolling mill→ cooling &lubricating device for aluminum rod → twin-basket continuous coiler→ oil-freealuminum rod
2.2. Molten aluminum or prepared aluminum melt flows from the holdingfurnace into the4-wheel casting machine via the launder and is cast into trapzoid-shaped bar ina cross-sectional area of 2400mm2.Cut off the bar that does not meet the requirement for rolling with the rollershears, press the front end and feed it into the rolling mill, the rod is coiled into the basket with the coiler.

Thisproduction line is composed of Melting furnace (5t/h), Twin-chamberholding furnace (2×8t) , 4-wheelcasting machine, front drive unit, roller shears, supporting device for castbar movement, continuous rolling mill, lubrication oil system for rolling mill,emulsion circulation system for rolling mill, cooling & lubricating systemfor aluminum rod, two-position coiler, and electrical control system and so on.
