The adoption of powerful water based cooling system, also guarantees its maximal performance, casue Optima C 3 is not influenced by out-side temperature.
Its unique cooling system overcomes the biggest handicap of power down symptom, which most commonly observed in air cooling based co2 fractional lasers.
Current CW or Superpulse based lasers in fractional mode have long-pulse durations due to their constant low-pulse profile. These long-pulse durations cause heat conduction in the tissue resulting in wide, inconsistent thermal damages. While CW and Superpulse based fractional lasers allow for maximum tissue involvement, they offer lots of thermal damages with hhe least amount of consistency and patient comfort.
But, The Premium UltraPulse Based Laser in fractional mode provides sustainable high-pulse power, delivering quickest, deepest penetration in skin tissues. Further more, Ultrapulse in Fractional mode is penetrating into the skin in the form of constant repetation as " Hot and Cool". Since the pulse duration between each pulses, is extremly short, giving a least themal damages in skin texture. Through extremely short-pulse durations, UltraPulse ablates tissue very quickly, leaving a narrow, controlled amount of thermal damage. The UltraPulse can ablate deeper than CW or SuperPulse lasers for indications such as burn scars, while imposing minimal additional thermal damage.
Now in medical Co2 Fractional laser field, low powered co2 fractional lasers which ranges between 10W ~ 15W, are dominent, and these sysem has a big limatation in that it makes lots of carbnization in skin texture cuase it uses very long emission time to reach a desired penetration depth. These carbonization becomes PIH after treatment. OPTIMA C3 adopts 30W RF Aluminum Tube, and overcomes low powered co2 fractional laser's handcaps by realizing ultrapulse.
Average RF Tube in Co2 Fractional laser is in air cooling system which air cooling fan is attached to RF Tube. But, air cooling system is not enough to cool down the temperature of RF Tube itself. Heated RF tube becomes one of the main reasons of laser power down symptoms.
OPTIMA C3 is adopting wateall partsr based cooling system, preventing laser-power-down symptoms which comes from eighter heated RF Tube or from high temperature of outside.
The water temperatue in OPTIMA C3 is always set in 22 C +,-11 C to secure its maximal laser operating environment and stable laser power output.
