Electric Cartridge heater from FitHeater is a kind of small and delicate heating equipment. It consists of MgO powder or MgO tubes, ceramic caps, resistance wires (NiCr2080), high temperature leads, seamless stainless steel sheathing (304, 321, 316, 800, 840), usually tubular, that can be inserted into metal blocks through a series of drilling holes to support different heating applications. Electric cartridge heater are divided into high density and low density two basic forms. High density cartridge heater is suitable for heating plastic injection molds, molds, platen and other high density applications, while low density cartridge heater is more suitable for packaging machinery, heat sealing, labeling machine and hot stamping and other low density applications. These devices are popular because they heat up quickly, are easy to install and maintain, have a long life and are suitable for different fields of work.
