Development Background

Vacuum simulation is the best way to predict the vacuum performance of the system to be installed and to ensure that it meets the vacuum requirements. You can also improve piping efficiency or downsize the pump to a more suitable capacity through it.

In a vacuum system consisting of chamber-piping-pump, the overall efficiency of the system and the investment size are determined by how the pipes and pumps are configured.
