Our machines manufacture BIOCIDER, a water-basedsolution containing hypochlorous acid (HOCl),

BIOCIDER uses hypochlorous acid (HOCl) to killany microbial invasion within seconds.
HOCl is 80 – 100 times more powerful than anydecontamination substance that we have had up to now.All chlorine applications that are used today in the control of microorganismscarry an inherent toxic threat.
They cause skin irritations, bleaching and can evencause breathing problems due to noxious fumes.
These chlorine solutions all aim to make HOCl theactive molecule needed to kill germs
but which unfortunately is only present in smallquantities in the mixture.
On the other hand BIOCIDER provides you with pure HOCl without thetoxic chlorine.
1. Clean water supply. Municipal water is not sterileand as a result, hospitals and other institutions in need of sterile watersupply have the constant threat of bacterial spread. We supply watersterilization systems to the health industry and to areas where food isprepared. This service is provided at a fraction of the cost of installingconventional water purification systems.2. Animal water supply also poses many risks to growing animals. By supplyingBIOCIDER-treated clean water, savings of up to 90% in antibiotic use can beachieved. This has obvious benefits for the end user. There has also been areported increase in growth weight and the animals are healthier.3. The food industry benefits enormously from the use of BIOCIDER. HOCl-treatedwater is approved by all the major certification bodies world-wide as arecognized food additive and sterilizer of contaminated work surfaces, floors,toilets, door handles and the like. As a vegetable, fruit and fish or meattreatment, huge benefits in terms of extended shelf life and the prevention offood poisoning are achieved.
4. As an air treatment, large areas can be sterilized within hours. In thepoultry hatcher environment for example, humidifying the air with BIOCIDERwill rid the environment of any bacterial, virus and fungal presence. This inturn leads to an increase in the hatchability of fertilized eggs (up to 10%improvement compared to current methods of decontamination). This naturalmethod of decontaminating large open spaces also poses no risk to humansworking in the environment. Air treatment with humidified BIOCIDER freesthe industry from the use of formaldehyde fogging. Formaldehyde is acarcinogenic substance, which means that repeated exposure to its presence inthe air or in our food, is recognized as being instrumental in causing cancer.Use of BIOCIDER as a safe alternative will benefit the consumer.5. Agricultural and horticultural. The treatment of fungal and bacterialinfections in plants requires products that quite often are toxic to humans andanimals. By replacing these products with BIOCIDER, we have a moreenvironmentally friendly approach to the diseases.
BIOCIDER is manufactured using a unique andpatented hybrid synthesizer technology. What this means is that a singlechamber machine uses edible hydrochloric acid as a reactant and throughelectrolysis HOCl is manufactured. The strength of our product is 20 – 30 ppm and it is made at exactly thecorrect pH level to always offer the maximum HOCl level for each application.Our product strength falls within the FDA and other regulating authorities'guidelines.
Our technologydiffers from current two-chamber manufacturing machines where an acidic (pH2-3) HOCl mixture is made (anolyte), together with an alkaline component(catolyte). Catolyte usually needs to be discarded, leading to waste of half ofthe treated water. High acidic mixtures tend to disperse chlorine gas andtherefore could be less safe to use because of their irritating effect on thelungs and eyes and their tendency to rust metal surfaces that they come intocontact with.BIOCIDER poses no risk when it comes intocontact with the skin, eyes or lungs. There is no irritation, sensitivity orallergy that can develop against its use and it does not cause any rust.
BIOCIDER DECONTAMINATEBIOCIDER Decontaminate is ideal for local applications such as ice creamvending machines or other specific areas that require small volumes ofsterilization. Available in 20 litre or 210 litre containers.DEVICESBIOCIDER Devices are installed on site. Depending on the volume of product thatyour organization needs, our distributors will supply, install and maintain thedevices. All of these machines are EU-Certified and have ISO 9001 and ISO 14001Certification.
