Main Features of Kyu Won Tech's[Industrial Pellet Stem Boiler]

Kyu Won Tech is the officially certified and registered company as the government supportivebusiness project for 2014 pellet steam boiler of 7 ton (Korea Forest Service)!!

Korea-first moving stoker-typed burner (patented) Europe commonly uses moving stoker-typed incinerator. Therefore, Kyu Won Tech developed a moving stoker-typed burner for the first time in Korea and has it patented.

Fully Automated Boiler Grate clinker cleaning system, automatic compressed air cleaning system for heating surface, automatic reprocessing and collecting system.

Environmental-Friendly and Economical Boiler It can save fuel-cost by 40% more than bunker oil, refined oil and LPG; 30% more than LNG. Also, it doesn’t yield sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides, so it is very environmental-friendly.

Specially Molded Burner It is made of a special mold - 20% Nickel(N), 25% Chromium (Cr)-, so its life cycle is very long. In addition, it is easy to replace a grate.

Highly Efficient Boiler Inverter is applied to the boiler, so it is highly efficient and saves electricity.

Control Proportional to Inverter Air flow rate and fuel consumption are controlled by inverter according to pressure. Therefore, it has little of latent heat loss, so highly efficient. As a result, it also copes with load change well.

Boiler Equipped With Load Cells Since load cells are installed in a silo, it is easy to measure pellet (cumulated) consumption in real time.

Diversified Installations It can be installed to many places that need steam such as Styrofoam factory, laundry plant, sauna, food processing, mushroom cultivation, sea food drying, dying factory, sizing, paper and ascon.

Auto/Control Explanation : Touch Screen Method/Remote Controlling

Ventilating Pan Speedometer : automatically controlled by inverter of ventilator (possible to set conditions)

Burner Fuel Supply Speedometer : automatically control inverter of quality of fuel supply (the quality is subject to change according to pressure)

Fuel Quantity : fuel consumption and fuel amount in a silo can be read by load cells

Pressure/ Temperature Display : steam pressure and temperature can be read.

Main Screen : The status of operation can be read on the touch panel and it can set conditions and operate each individual part of the boiler

Operation (power up) Display : operate ventilator, the 1stfuelsupply,airblowerfan,levelfueloperation, ignitiondeviceoperation,waterpump

Operation Begins : Operation Stop Button (use it to turn the boiler on and off)
