MVR Evaporator for Ammonium Sulfate Wastewater

Project Introduction:
Dyeing wastewater was treated in this project, the main component was ammonium sulfate, and contained high content of organic substances.
MVR type and forced circulation evaporator was adopted, which consisted of preheater, FC type heater, evaporative crystallizer, mechanical vapor recompressor(MVR), secondary steam washing tower, and centrifuge.
FC type heaters were installed at both the inlet and outlet of the forced circulation pump, which was able to reduce flowrate of the circulation pump, and as well as the operation cost.
And a secondary steam washing tower was installed, to ensure the secondary steam entering the compressor was clean, so as to extend the service life of the compressor maximum.
And a flushing system was contained, flushing the aasy plugging pipe with feed material or condensate, safe and reliable in operation.
