DXC Technology Launches Customer Experience Center in London to Accelerate AI Value Realization

DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a leading global partner in enterprise technology and innovation, today announced the official opening of its new Customer Experience Center (CEC) in London. Designed as a collaborative hub, the center enables DXC experts to work side-by-side with clients to move emerging technologies—particularly artificial intelligence (AI)—from pilot projects to enterprise-scale implementation.

DXC Technology Launches Customer Experience Center in London to Accelerate AI Value Realization

Located in the heart of London’s financial district, the CEC leverages DXC’s deep local expertise, drawing on a team of 6,000 multidisciplinary professionals across the UK and Ireland—including systems architects, software engineers, industry specialists, and service delivery experts. This local talent is further amplified by DXC’s global network of 40,000 developers, empowering clients to co-create solutions that deliver measurable, enterprise-grade business outcomes.

The center serves as a nexus for integrated innovation across DXC’s portfolio, including automation, generative and agentic AI, AdvisoryX consulting services, intelligent-agent-powered security operations, enterprise applications, and infrastructure solutions. Clients will gain hands-on exposure to DXC’s unique end-to-end capabilities and explore how these can enhance organizational resilience, accelerate decision-making, and generate quantifiable business value.

“The London Customer Experience Center is a space built for our clients—to bring their toughest technology challenges, engage in deep dialogue with our seasoned experts, and co-build solutions together,” said Derek Allison, Managing Director for DXC Technology in the UK and Ireland. “In an era where exponential change is the norm, business leaders need trusted partners who can help them design, build, and operate AI-powered enterprises. This isn’t just a showcase—it’s an extension of our clients’ own transformation journeys.”

The CEC will support some of the region’s most critical public and private sector organizations, including the Metropolitan Police Service, Network Rail, Barts Health NHS Trust, the London Insurance Market, the Ministry of Defence, and the Department of Health and Social Care—helping them accelerate digital transformation with confidence.

To further strengthen this mission, DXC is actively recruiting 150 AI specialists across the UK and Ireland. These professionals will help enterprises prioritize, operationalize, and scale AI initiatives while cultivating a new generation of transformation leaders equipped to navigate complex, AI-driven change across sectors—including government, aerospace and defense, banking and insurance, automotive, healthcare, and life sciences.

The new center builds upon DXC’s established UK and Ireland footprint, which includes offices and delivery centers in Erskine, Newcastle, Twyford, and Farnborough.

“Organizations across industries are under immense pressure to evolve AI from isolated pilots into secure, scalable core capabilities,” said Bob James, CEO of Velonetic, a service provider modernizing operations for the London Insurance Market. “DXC’s Customer Experience Center creates a practical environment where business and technology teams can collaboratively design, validate, and industrialize AI- and data-driven solutions on complex platforms.”
