China becomes Brazil's largest fertilizer supplier for the first time

On December 2 local time, the Brazilian Federation of Agriculture and Livestock released a report stating that China has surpassed Russia to become Brazil's largest fertilizer supplier. From January to October this year, China exported a total of 9.76 million tons of fertilizers to Brazil, accounting for about 25% of Brazil's total fertilizer imports. In terms of import volume, Brazil's top five fertilizer suppliers are China, Russia, Canada, Morocco, and Egypt, respectively.
