Donghua Company Signs Contract for Thailand Potash Project

Recently, Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., affiliated with China National Chemical Engineering, officially signed a contract with ASEAN Potash Corporation (APOT) for the APOT potash project in Thailand.

The project, invested and constructed by ASEAN Potash Corporation, is located in Chaiyaphum Province, Thailand, covering approximately 780 acres. Leveraging Thailand's abundant potash resources, the project adopts an efficient dissolution-crystallization process technology for potash ore, significantly improving potash recovery rates and product quality, while offering advantages in efficiency and environmental protection. The construction includes facilities producing 1.235 million tons of potassium chloride annually, 400,000 tons of sodium chloride annually, along with supporting auxiliary systems. Upon completion, the project will fill the gap in Thailand's domestic potash fertilizer market and reduce the country's reliance on imported fertilizers for agricultural production.
