Purpose and standards
1. This apparatus is compatible with both oxidizing liquid tests and time/pressure tests.
2. The oxidizing liquid test apparatus is used to measure the potential of a liquid substance to increase the combustion rate or intensity of a combustible material when fully mixed with it or to form a mixture that may spontaneously ignite. The time/pressure test apparatus is used to determine the ignition effects of a substance under confined conditions to assess whether ignition at pressures typical of commercial packaging could lead to explosive deflagration.

Functional features
1. Broken wire detection: Detects the current amplitude of the heating wire during the test; automatically alarms if the current amplitude is below the standard 10A or drops to zero;
2. Equipped with an active pressure relief system. If the rupture disc fails to burst, the puncturing head will pierce the disc to release pressure;
3. The pressure vessel is made of 316L stainless steel, featuring splash-proof design to effectively prevent sample leakage and contamination. It is a cylindrical pressure vessel with a length of 89mm and an outer diameter of 60mm;
4. Adopts flip-top door structure, with the front door adopting an electromechanical interlock structure and the back equipped with a pressure relief port;

7. Supports delayed start and remote wireless ignition control for the instrument, ensuring the safety of test personnel;
