Wellhead water content analyzer ALC05-Ⅱ is mainly used for water content measurement in oil field metering room and after multi-way valve group. It can be installed on the metering outlet process flow of electric multi-way valve or manual valve group in metering room to complete water content measurement of multi-way single-well liquid. Through two processesDN50 (customized for other specifications) flange is directly connected to realize the functions of online real-time sampling and non-real-time measurement. The structure and measurement method of the wellhead water content analyzer eliminate the influence of gas or other impurities in crude oil on the water content measurement results, and improve the measurement accuracy. In addition, the meter also has an over-temperature protection function. The temperature sensor is installed at the inlet pipe. When the temperature of the medium is detected as high, the measuring pipeline is closed and no sampling is performed to protect the probe.

3.Technical features
Wellhead water analyzer ALC05-Ⅱ is generally composed of two sections of pipe bypass each other, one of which is provided with a measuring probe, called the measuring pipe section, and the other section without a measuring probe, called the bypass pipe section. The measuring section and bypass section switch automatically. The measurement process consists of the following steps: switching sampling, preliminary measurement analysis, heating stratification, water content stratification scanning measurement, calculation of comprehensive water content. At the same time when the liquid flow channel is switched to the bypass pipe section, the medium originally flowing through the measuring pipe section is intercepted and can be set to stand, heated, stratified and scanned for measurement at any set time interval. Due to the creation of a relatively static measurement environment, the stratification time of gas-liquid and impurities can be very long, and heating is assisted, so good measurement accuracy can be achieved. In addition to outputting moisture content measurement results, the instrument can even measure the gas-liquid ratio under working conditions.
