Visa Launches Global Art Collection Program to Empower Creators and Celebrate the 2026 FIFA World Cup

Visa today unveiled the first five pieces of its inaugural global art collection, celebrating the cultural vibrancy embodied by FIFA World Cup 26?. The collection brings together more than 20 artists from six continents, reflecting Visa’s belief in creativity as a driver of business and recognizing today’s creators as entrepreneurs shaping global communities and cultures.

The initial five works debuted at Visa’s exclusive Miami exhibition, "The Art of the Draw," hosted by multidisciplinary creator KidSuper. Featured artworks by Darien Birks, Nathan Walker, Cesar Canseco, Ivan Roque, and Rafael Mayani honor the culture and traditions of Miami and other host nations and cities of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The complete collection will roll out globally ahead of next summer’s tournament kickoff.

Where Business Meets Culture

Visa is partnering with JOOPITER, Pharrell Williams’ digital-first content and commerce platform, to support the artists behind this global art initiative. Visa and JOOPITER share a commitment to empowering creators, providing platforms through which artistic expression can become unique opportunities. This collaboration will connect these artists with broader audiences, linking their work to fans around the world throughout the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Frank Cooper III, Chief Marketing Officer at Visa, said: “Through the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup, we’re giving artists a chance to express themselves on a global stage. Artists make intangible emotions visible, inspire new ways of thinking, and bring people together through their creations. Our partnership with JOOPITER allows us to tell the stories behind these works—and reminds us that even in the world of football, creativity remains the lifeblood of culture and commerce.”

Empowering Creative Entrepreneurs

Creators are inherently small business owners, often navigating a crowded digital landscape. The Visa Global Art Collection amplifies their voices and provides pathways for growth—whether they’re creating from a studio apartment or running a boutique shop. Each piece reflects the artist’s personal interpretation of football traditions, transforming lived experiences into bold visual narratives that reach millions during the world’s largest sporting event.

A Global Stage for Creativity

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will feature 48 teams competing across 16 host cities, making it the largest tournament in history. Visa’s art initiative deepens fan engagement by weaving together culture, business, and creativity—connecting stories, communities, and dreams on a global stage.
